You can open a Generation Arrowhead account with a minimum of $25.00 or have an automatic transfer from another credit union account into the Generation Arrowhead account of at least $10.00 per month.

An online application is not available for Generation Arrowhead Accounts. Please pick up an application from your favorite branch or contact our Call Center at (909) 383-7300 or toll free (800) 743-7228.

Instructions for filling our Arrowhead Credit Union’s Membership Agreement Form for Generation Arrowhead Savings Accounts:

1. Completely fill out the child’s name, date of birth, social security number, and address: ACU cannot open an account for anyone without a social security number or address.

2. Under the Joint-owner section we must have the parent or guardian’s name, date of birth, address, driver’s license, and home phone.

3. ACU cannot provide anyone under the age of 18 an ATM card or Visa Debit/Check Card.

4. The “Proxy Statement” should be signed by the parent or legal guardian.

5. Finally, the parent or legal guardian must sign the form.

(Most often the signature is “Parent for child”.)
